Terms of Service

QR Code Surveys ("the service", "we", "us") lets you build surveys, publish them via QR codes and links, and collect and analyze responses. The service is operated from the United States and provided under these terms; by creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

You need an account to create surveys. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your login. You must provide a working email address, we use it for security emails such as password resets. Workspace owners and admins can invite additional members and control their roles; everything members do in a workspace is the workspace's responsibility.

Every account starts with a free allowance of viewable responses. Additional capacity is sold as one-time response packs, processed by Stripe. Packs are not subscriptions: they never renew, never expire, and only unlock viewing of responses beyond your current allowance. All responses are always collected; packs control how many you can view.

Prices are shown at checkout. Because packs are consumable digital goods, purchases are generally non-refundable once responses have been unlocked; if something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will make it right where we reasonably can.

You own the surveys you create and the responses you collect. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to you and your workspace, that is the whole purpose of the service, and we claim nothing more. You are responsible for the content of your surveys and for having a lawful basis to collect what you ask respondents for.

You agree not to use the service to:

• collect data you have no right to collect, including sensitive data without a lawful basis;
• send spam, phish, or impersonate others;
• upload malware or content that is illegal where you or your respondents live;
• probe, overload, or disrupt the service or other tenants' data;
• resell the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with notice where practical.

Survey responses are collected on behalf of the survey's workspace. The workspace decides what to ask and what to do with the answers; we store and process the answers as the workspace's service provider. Respondents with questions about a specific survey should contact whoever shared the survey with them; our own handling of the data is described in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service fast and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or retire features; if a change materially reduces what a paid pack gives you, we will say so before it takes effect.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is immediate, irreversible, and removes your surveys, responses, uploaded files, and billing customer record. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature survive (payment obligations, liability limits) survive termination.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. For material changes we will notify account holders by email or an in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
